Pizza & Sushi Delivery Store in Lutsk

A delivery website built from scratch for a Lutsk restaurant with pizza, sushi, burgers and Mexican food. A custom design, a link with Poster and bonuses, SMS login and Telegram for staff.

01 The challenge

The client needed a delivery website from scratch: a large menu, online payment, a bonus programme, a link to Poster accounting and two pickup points.

Everything had to match the restaurant’s brand and work well on mobile, where most guests order from.

02 What I did

Custom design: I found a designer, set the task and ran the work, so the client only dealt with me. The design was made for the brand in Figma, and the file belongs to the client.
Poster and bonuses: a website customer is linked to the Poster customer by phone number. Bonuses (“pies”) and a personal discount come from Poster, and bonuses can pay for part of an order. Orders go to Poster automatically.
Delivery zone map: three zones and 18 towns on the map: the customer sees the delivery price, the minimum order and the free-delivery threshold at once. The owner changes the zone prices in the settings.
Delivery time that follows kitchen load: the manager switches the load level in Telegram, and the delivery time on the site moves by 30 or 60 minutes. Customers pick “as soon as possible” or a specific hour.
Air-raid alerts: integration with the national alert API: staff get the list of current orders in Telegram, customers get an SMS in one click, and a notice appears on the site.
SMS login: no password, with the code filled in automatically on the phone and registration by number. The account has details, address, order history, vouchers and promo codes.
Payment and checkout: cash, card on delivery or LiqPay online. Pickup from two points, “change from…”, “call me back”.
Promotions: combo vouchers with per-customer limits, coupons the manager creates right in the Telegram bot, and a prize wheel after an online payment above a set amount.
