My rate starts from $20/hour. The total depends on the state of the site: theme, plugins, hosting and how much custom code is involved. After a short audit I give you a fixed price for the fixes, so you know the full cost before any work begins.
No. Speed optimization changes how the site loads, not how it looks. I work on images, scripts, caching and server queries, and I compare key pages before and after to make sure layouts, forms and checkout behave exactly as they did.
It depends on your theme, plugins and hosting. My own sites usually score 90+, and for your site I’ll name a realistic target after the audit. I won’t promise 100, because nobody can honestly guarantee it on a real site with real third-party scripts.
Usually from 1 week, depending on how complex the site is and how much needs fixing. The audit comes first and takes a day or two. The exact timeline is part of the fixed price, so you know when to expect the before/after report.
Yes. Sites built with page builders can be made noticeably faster too, although a custom theme gives more room. I’ll tell you honestly in the audit how far your current setup can go and whether a rebuild of key templates would pay off.
Not always. I start with everything that depends on the site itself. If the hosting really is the bottleneck, I’ll say so in the audit and suggest options, so you decide with the numbers in front of you rather than on a guess.
No. I fix the technical base: speed, structure, meta tags, schema and the sitemap. Writing content and building links are separate work. A clean technical base makes that work more effective, because Google can crawl and understand the site.
Yes. I take a full backup and work on a staging or backup copy first. Changes go to the live site only after they’re tested, and if anything unexpected happens, the backup lets us roll back in minutes rather than hours.
A few lines are enough. I’ll come back with questions or a time for a call.

A slow site loses visitors before they see your offer: on mobile, people rarely wait more than a few seconds. Google also takes speed into account through Core Web Vitals. Speed optimization isn't a single plugin setting but a set of changes: images, scripts, caching, server queries and the database.
First I check key pages and show what exactly slows the site and which fixes will make the biggest difference. Then you get a fixed price. Work happens on a copy of the site, and the live site changes only after testing.
LCP shows how fast the main element of a page appears, INP how quickly the site responds to a click, and CLS whether the page jumps while it loads. All three affect user experience and rankings in Google.
My rate starts from $20/hour, and my own sites usually score 90+ on PageSpeed.
