How much does website design cost?
It depends on the path and the number of pages: Express design starts from $20/hour, and the Designer path is quoted per project after the brief. You get a fixed price before we start, and development is quoted separately if you need it.
Isn't Express design just a template?
No. I create the layout with AI design tools around your brand and the examples you like, then refine every screen by hand: grid, spacing, fonts and details. You get a clean, modern design in days rather than weeks, and your comments shape it.
Who is the designer?
A professional UI designer I work with. You see their portfolio before choosing this path. They design, and I run the project: you talk to me, I brief the designer and handle the technical side, so the layout already accounts for speed and editing.
Do I own the design?
Yes. After payment the Figma file is fully yours: it isn’t tied to me or to the designer. You can hand it to another developer, update it later or use its blocks to add new pages in the same style without starting over.
What if I don't like the first version?
That’s what revisions are for: you can request them until you approve the design, within the agreed number of pages. You comment to me, I pass it on and stay responsible for the result. If Express doesn’t fit the feel you want, we can move to the Designer path.
Can I order only the design?
Yes. You get layouts for desktop and mobile and the Figma file. Development can be ordered later from me or another developer, and the design price doesn’t depend on that. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% when the design is approved.
I already have a Figma design. Does that work?
Yes, then you don’t need to order design at all. Send me the Figma link, I’ll review the layout, flag anything that would hurt speed or editing, and build it on WordPress. See custom WordPress development. The development price comes after the review.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. I refresh the look but keep what works: the pages people need, the structure and the URLs that already get search traffic. We start by finding what stops the site from selling, then choose Express or Designer, and can build the new version on WordPress.

I run the project in both cases, so the design is ready for development.
