ABN Agency
An English-language lead-generation website for a US agency that connects businesses with vetted talent from Eastern Europe and Latin America: a rate breakdown, a hiring process, a lead form and a page for job seekers.
A US staffing agency needed a website that explains its offer and collects requests from businesses.
The main thing was to show the benefit in numbers: what a specialist costs on the market and what the agency charges. Then lead the client from understanding to a request, and give job seekers a page of their own.
The solution
I built an English-language site on a custom WordPress theme. The rate breakdown shows the market price, the agency price and the savings for each position, the hiring process explains five steps, and a short form collects a request with the positions needed. Job seekers have a separate page.
- A custom WordPress theme: no page builders, built around the agency’s needs.
- Rate breakdown: a table of 9 positions: market rate, agency rate and the savings in dollars and percent.
- Hiring process: five steps and a comparison table.
- Lead form: name, business name, email, phone and a choice of the positions the client is looking for.
- Job seekers page: separate from the pages for businesses.
- FAQ: 10 questions about where the staff are based, payments, guarantees and what makes the agency different.
- Responsive: the site is fully adapted to mobile.
The site explains the agency’s offer from rates to a request: the client sees the savings for every position, understands the five-step hiring process and submits a request with the positions needed.
